You asked. We delivered. Your feedback helps shape Datagrasp. These two updates make it easier to practice your response and understand the assets your organization relies on.
Tabletop Exercises: From planning to presentation
Build a session around your team’s needs. Choose the scenario, exercise type, main pressure, session length, number of updates, and how far the simulated incident progresses.
Datagrasp brings together your selections, available workspace information—including Control Assurance, Risk Register, and security monitoring signals—and AI-assisted context to create a more relevant exercise. When live AI is unavailable, a workspace-grounded fallback keeps the brief useful.
When you’re ready, select Start Exercise to:
- Present the overview, assumptions, guidelines, and goals.
- Reveal incident updates with timing cues, at the facilitator’s pace.
- Pause the session clock to give important discussions room.
- Save notes and a follow-up summary for review.
A one-hour session can explore a full day of incident developments. Your facilitator controls the pace; updates do not advance automatically.

Expanded Datagrasp Integrated Inventory
Bring records from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Intune, AWS, CSV imports, and Nmap into one working register.
The expanded Inventory helps you:
- Record serial numbers alongside ownership and business context.
- Review record details and business context side by side.
- See recorded changes in each device’s Activity Log.
- Decommission or archive retired assets while preserving their records and history.
- Attach reviewed inventory snapshots to matching controls as evidence.
Archived records stay available for reference and restoration while leaving active totals. Activity history covers changes recorded since tracking became available; earlier changes are not reconstructed.
Your feedback, put into practice
From knowing what you have to practicing what happens next, these improvements help connect everyday operations with compliance and incident readiness.
